Summit · private work for people who lead

You've had the coaching. You need to know which mountain you're on.

For founders and executives after the exit, the IPO, the succession, the sale, or the sabbatical — the people with the largest castle, and the most convincing prison.

You got what you set out to get. And it no longer feels alive.

This is not burnout, and it is not a failure of gratitude. It is the first valley on a map I've drawn from more than twenty years and more than a thousand people's turning points, many of them people like you. The castle you built still works. Belief in what it was meant to give you has quietly failed, and everything you built — identity, money, family, momentum, the people who depend on you — keeps you inside.

Coaching is first-mountain equipment. It makes you better at climbing the mountain you're on. It cannot tell you that you've finished it, and it cannot show you what comes next, because that isn't its job. Mine is. I don't tell you what to do. I tell you where you are, and what the terrain looks like from there.

Two ways in, choose what fits.

The Placement

Private Consultation · one session + followup · $1,500

Bring the situation that matters. We locate where you are on the map, identify what is keeping you stuck, and find the next timely step.

One live conversation, with no fixed time limit. For 48 hours afterwards, you can send follow-up questions and I’ll answer them.

The Work

Summit Mentorship · 30 days · $5,000 a month · you may have to wait

A private partnership for a transition that can't wait. We start with a live conversation, agree a concrete plan, stay in contact by message and phone between sessions, and review what you've actually done, not what you intended. I take two people at a time and I'd rather say no than take someone the map isn't for.

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

For: people who have built something real and can feel that its promise has run out; who have done the performance work and the leadership work and found it doesn't reach the question; who want a map more than a mentor.

Not for: anyone looking for accountability toward a goal they already have. That's coaching, and it works. This is for the moment after the goal.

Where I've done this before.

More than twenty years; more than a thousand life stories; the Three Mountains map, first published in 2015 and now in its third book edition. Leadership work with Allianz, Provident and Tesco in Hungary; stages including TEDx and Forbes. Based in Budapest, lived in the United States, working in English and Hungarian.

CEO — Career change

A senior leader in the international drugstore industry had reached the point where the career that had worked no longer did. We worked on what should come next. He left his executive role and started his own company.

Owner — Meaning after success

A successful logistics entrepreneur had already achieved what he had set out to achieve — and no longer knew where to put his energy. The shift was from asking what his companies could give him to asking what they could give others. That gave the work a new reason to matter.

Entrepreneur — Private life

A successful energy entrepreneur had companies that ran well and more energy than his work could absorb. Much of it had moved into desire and fantasy, leaving him divided between his marriage and another relationship. The work was to stop drifting and make a decision.

How it works

  1. Write. Three sentences: what was, what stopped, what you're hoping for.
  2. I reply. I tell you honestly whether working with me is right for your situation.
  3. We work. On what you want — or on what is timely for you to want.
