HUMANIA · WHAT I'M BUILDING
Humania is an app and trust network built on the Three Mountains map. Sherpa, the guide inside it, helps you understand what is happening, choose one timely step and follow it through. When another person is the next step, Humania aims to help you reach them — someone you already know, or later someone who has been where you are.
App 1.0 is being built for iOS and Android, in Hungarian and English. Target: Q4 2026.
WHY
Advice has never been cheaper. Direction is as rare as it ever was. “Be more independent” can be exactly right at one point on the journey and wrong at another. The tools people reach for today — a feed, a chatbot, a coach — each do part of the job. They don't begin by asking where you are.
The Three Mountains map does. I have worked with people for more than twenty years, and heard more than a thousand life stories. I have yet to meet someone who could not recognize themselves somewhere on it. With AI, that conversation can now reach people a one-to-one practice never could. Whether it helps them take real steps is what the first release is built to find out.
That is the idea: a guide that consults the map before offering direction, and a network of people who can use the same language to understand each other.
Read the mapTHE APP
I don't know of another app that brings these three things together: a map of the human journey, a guide that navigates by it, and people who can understand each other through the same shared language.
01 · You and your situation — Sherpa
BUILDING · 1.0You bring a real question. Sherpa helps you see where you may be on the map, what is timely now, and which small next step you are ready to take. It helps you make a commitment in your own words, checks in while the step is open, and adapts when life changes. It is being built with memory you can inspect and delete. The point is not to keep you talking to the app.
02 · You and the people you know — one card, two uses
BUILDING · 1.0; shared two-person step PLANNED · 1.1One card can show your orientation and its explanation, without exposing your private conversation. You can share it, or invite someone with a more personal request: understand me. They can see what you choose to share and try the map themselves. Any shared relationship record requires both people's consent. In 1.1, we want to help two people use the same map to agree one shared step.
03 · You and the people you haven't met — the trust network
PLANNED · after 1.0Sometimes the next step is a person. The plan is to begin with a witness for a step you've committed to, then a mentor who has been where you are, then a friend nearby when the network is dense enough — and dating last, with verification and safety first. These are future features, by mutual choice. None is a live matching service in the first release.
Sherpa does its job well when it sends you back into your life.
STATUS
I'd rather tell you this plainly than let you guess.
Exists. The Three Mountains map, first published in 2015 and refined through real conversations. Humania 1.0, an earlier web community: 3,400+ historical registrations, a few hundred active in the August 2026 snapshot, small recurring revenue, and no product–market fit. The Orientation Core: a founder-built bilingual prototype with an automated test suite reported passing in September 2026. It is not yet a publicly validated placement service.
Being built. Humania app 1.0 for iOS and Android, in Hungarian and English from the first release: conversational orientation, timely steps, follow-through, visible memory, and a shareable card with an invitation to someone you know. The initial rollout is intended to be controlled. The target is Q4 2026, not a promised launch date. Free web orientation is also in development.
Next. A shared two-person step, then the witness, the mentor, the friend, and dating last. Each depends on evidence, participation, consent and safety. Version numbers describe sequence, not dates.
THE BET · 2027–2036
I expect general-purpose AI assistants to become commonplace and advice to get cheaper. I'm not building Humania to win the seat of everyone's primary assistant.
What an AI cannot itself be is a person who knows where you are, chooses you and shows up. Humania combines a developmental map with a trust network of real people who may witness each other's steps, choose to help and build relationships. One day someone's own AI may ask our questions and use our orientation. The human side — identity, consent, trust and real participation — is what we are trying to build.
Targets for 2036 — targets, not forecasts: “Which mountain are you on?” becomes part of everyday language · tens of millions use the app · 10,000 trained navigators · an institute that can continue without me.
BUSINESS MODEL · HYPOTHESIS
The first app release will be free and have no payment in it. After that, the principle we want to test is simple: lightweight conversation, orientation and next-step help should remain free. What may be worth paying for is value that needs another person or an institution — a witness for a difficult step, a shared two-person process, selected introductions, verification, or a navigator's time.
The packaging and prices are hypotheses to be tested with real use, not decisions already made. Selling people's personal data is not our business model.
THE COMPANY
Humania Inc. is a Delaware C-corporation with its operating base in Budapest. Twelve angel investors backed the earlier work through SAFEs. I am its founder and CEO. I remain responsible for product, strategy and the Three Mountains map.
The Three Mountains map is my intellectual property. The Orientation Core belongs to Humania Inc.
In October 2026 a senior team of three joined me. They go full-time with the round.
Andor Czinege. Former managing director of Ad Sidera. Execution, team coordination and the systems the company runs on.
Gábor Döbrei. CEO of PepperLabs, our long-time development partner. PepperLabs built Humania 1.0 and is building the app under contract with Humania Inc.
Mátyás Záborszky. International marketing: positioning, outreach and partner development.
MY PART
I drew the map, built the first Orientation Core and work on what Sherpa needs to know. Product logic and direction remain my responsibility. Building and running a company at global scale needs people who are better at other things than I am. That is why the company needs a real senior team.
There is also a personal reason. I believe this work was given to me as a task. You don't have to see it that way. I want the map to outlast me, and I intend to protect it through a foundation and build an institute that can train navigators. The company has to be able to do its job without becoming the whole purpose of the work.
INVESTOR INFORMATION
Humania Inc. is a Delaware corporation based in Budapest.
Twelve early angel investors backed the company with approximately $56,000 through SAFE agreements. Including my own founder investment, thirteen of us invested approximately $59,000 in total.
Humania 1.0 reached more than 3,400 registrations. It taught us a great deal, but did not reach product–market fit. We're now building the new Humania app for iOS and Android, in Hungarian and English.
