István Joós teaching the Three Mountains map

The Guided Group · twelve weeks, in company

You have seen the map. Now use it.

The map tells you which mountain you're on. It doesn't walk it for you. The Guided Group is twelve weeks of doing the next timely thing — with me locating you and a small group holding you to what you said. You can join any time.

Twelve weeks, one week at a time.

Week one · where you are.

A private call with me, thirty minutes, one to one.

I locate you on the map from what you've actually lived — your mountain, your stage, the valley you're in or approaching — and we name the one thing you'll work on. You also get the recorded walk-through of the map, so the terrain is familiar before your first call.

Every other week · the Campfire.

A live call with the whole group, ninety minutes.

A short piece of the map, then the round: each person says where they are, what they did, what's next. I correct location, not behavior. When someone new arrives, the first fifteen minutes are theirs: where they are on the map and what they'll work on.

The weeks in between · the written round.

Monday, you post the one action for the week. Friday, you post what happened.

I answer each person with a short voice note. No call.

Every month · a private check-in.

Thirty minutes, one to one, on whatever the group isn't the place for.

Week twelve · what happened afterwards.

A written review from me, in the terms of the map: what you did, what was received, what changed, and where you stand now.

A transition is proven by what happened afterwards, not by what was understood; this is the record of it.

After twelve weeks you leave with the review in hand.

Between the calls, the group.

The group lives in a WhatsApp group and one shared ledger — two columns per person: what you did that cost you something, and what happened as a result. The ledger is for facts: what you did, and what happened. Feelings belong in the conversation.

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

For: people who have read the map and recognized themselves; who can name the thing that has stopped working and are willing to do something about it in the next twelve weeks; who want company that tells the truth.

Not for: anyone who has not yet seen or read the map. You do not need to arrive with a precise location; the week-one call can refine or correct it. Not for anyone who needs the work to be private; that's a Private Consultation or Summit Mentorship. And not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic care.

What it costs, and what it includes.

Twelve weeks · $795 a month, billed three times — or $2,250 paid in full. Prices in US dollars; invoices from Együgyű Kft., Budapest.

Included: the week-one call, six Campfire calls, the written rounds, three private check-ins, the recorded walk-through, the ledger and the group, and the written review at week twelve.

Group size: twelve at most. Calls: Mondays at 18:00 London, 19:00 Berlin — 13:00 New York, 10:00 Los Angeles.

How to join

  1. Write. Three sentences: what you built, what stopped, what you're hoping for.
  2. I reply, in writing. Within two working days I tell you honestly whether the group fits your situation. If it does, my reply carries the payment link.
  3. Pay. The first of three $795 payments, or $2,250 in full.
  4. Start. You get the link to book your week-one call, within seven days of paying.

If on that first call I find the group isn't right for you, I'll say so and refund your first payment.
